Windsurf courses

1st level course: 8 hours
THEORY+ SIMULATOR, equilibrium on the board, start, base tack and jibe.
You will learn how to rig and unrig , the starting, the basic maneuvers and at the end you will be able to sail by yourself with a mil wind.

2nd level course: 6 hours
IMPROVING POINTS OF SAILS, TACK AND JIBE WITH KEEL AND BEACH START.
The aim is to have a better control of the different points of sails, improve base monovers and make beach start.

3rd level course: 6 hours
POINTS OF SAILS WITHOUT KEEL, JIBE WITHOUT KEEL, APPROACH TO THE USE OF STRAPS AND TRAPEZE.
This course makes you enter the world of windsurf. Let’s get rid of the keel, let’s hook the trapeze, let’s start to plane and let’s approach to a faster jibe. The board slides quickly on the water....a fantastic sensation.

IMPROVEMENT COURSE: 4TH LEVEL: 6 HOURS
WATER START, ADVANCED USE OF STRAPS AND TRAPEZE, INTRODUCTION TO THE POWER JIBE.
A new way to windsurf. Everything becomes easier now. You will learn the water start, and the use of straps with both feet, which is necessary with strong wind to control your board and to perform the power jibe.

IMPROVEMENT COURSE: 5TH LEVEL: 6 HOURS
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE POWER JIBE, VARIATIONS OF THE POWER JIBE.
This course makes you discover the world of jibes. You will learn how to perform with no hesitation the power jibe.

IMPROVEMENT COURSE: 5TH LEVEL: 6 HOURS
JUMPS, FREESTYLE TRICKS, WAVE RIDING.
This course deals with all your needs, with the right wind, the right equipment, and a specialized instructor ready to teach you every maneuver, every secret, also the most extreme!!

WHERE

1st and 2nd level- beginners: 6 hours.

-Instructor’s signals, dangers in water
-Parts of the table and equipment
-Position on the table when lying or sitting on the board.

-Knowledge of sea forecast
-Overcome the breakers, duck dive, turtle, dangers
-Line up, keep the position, marine currents.
-Wave choice, timing, reading the wave
-Stand up on the board (in the water and ouside)
-Wipeout (falling control)
-Board control, danger situations.
3rd and 4th level- improvement course: 6 hours

-Back and front side maneuvers
-Timing during wave choice
-Combined maneuvers and angled take off
-Surf  history/ surfing culture
-Specific training
-Technology and design of a board
-Weather forecast, how to interpret them
-Local spot and general surf spot, rules in water
-Professional activity, competition strategy, training

Catamaran courses

APPROACHING COURSES: 6 hours

-OUTLINE OF THE THEORY, RIG A BOAT, PUT A BOARD IN THE WATER, BEACH START, CAPSIZE AND RETURN.

Canoa Course

One person or a group of a few people

1st 2nd and 3rd course: 6 hours

Designed for those who haven’t the basic knowledge or who have never even tried. The course will give you the fundamentals to control a canoe on flat water and with a little of current. Security skills.
The course is split in four sessions:

First part (ashore)

1 - Course introduction: how it works, timetable and aims.
2 - Equipment description: canoe/kayak and paddle.
3 - Basic position: seating in the canoe and holding the paddle.
4 - How to paddle: first approach ashore, security skills.
5 - Autosaving: overturn trial, security notions calibrated on the situation.

Second part (in water)

1 - How to get into a canoe.
2 - 5 minutes to get used to the canoe
3 - Exercises to get equilibrium and skills.
4 - Circular paddling
5 - Front paddling
6 - Backwards paddling

Third part (in water)

1 - Steering in order to keep the canoe in the same direction
2 - Lateral movement: once or continously
3 - Low footing
4 - Get back into the canoe from the water

Fourth part (ashore)

1 - Security
2 - Feedback

Kitesurfing Courses

Individual or collective

COURSE STARTING: 6 hours

During the course you will learn management and security wing at the start with the board.

The course is divided into 4 days 6 hours

-1 hour lesson 2:30

Basic theory, safety, knowledge and preparation equipment, management practices on the ground, use of the harness, technical recovery. Ala 2 / 3 meters, bar 2 cables with foil minimum 6 / 8 knots
-2 hours lesson 1:30

Exercises control Kite inflatable material nomenclature, use 4 bar consequences cables.
Ala 2 / 3 feet, inflatable bar with minimum 4-wire 12 / 13 knots

-3 lesson at 1:00

Practice on the water without a board, to eight years in the middle window, go upwind without a board, body drag in both the walls, de-power control, taking the table for departures.
Ala 6 / 8 meter, wind speed 11/12 knots

-4 lesson at 1:00

Simulation techniques on the ground and starting with the board, test the water.
Ala 6 / 8 meter, wind speed 11/12 knots.

KITE ADVANCED COURSES

The duration of the advanced course is based is based on the students' learning.
